OWNMUSE is my creation; an ecology website with support digital book publications, email marketing, blogging and social media voice. OWNMUSE tackles and challenges how we live our lives. Awakening each individual's impact on the earth. Focusing on the positive nature, that one person can make an ecological difference. OWNMUSE provides sustainability education; rethinking what we wear, how we live and what we consume.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DIGITAL RESOURCES
Written and designed three digital books. Publications sell on ownmuse.com, ETSY and Amazon. Two titles are capsule wardrobe guides and the other is reducing household waste, reuse and recycling ideas. Additional digital support resources consist of a mix of fact sheets, how-to solutions, easy to flow charts and info graphics, sold on ownmuse.com and ETSY.

WEBSITE USABILITY

OwnMuse uses the platform Shopify combined with coding which I have tailored to suit the design and functionality. Detailed usability system design and optimising the user experience as well as seamless login, add to cart are in the backend of the website creation. Landing pages, navigation and calls to action involves a structured approach where everything function servers a purpose.

WEBSITE DESIGN

Purpose created and design, the sitemap consists of a comprehensive and dynamic website, with a magnitude of capabilities. Responsive on all devices, clean, digestible design, with easy to read font usage, a clean and sophistication style.

E-STORE MANAGEMENT

A dynamic shoppable website, with login, email subscribing, cart and sales functionality. Products sales are managed across three platforms; ownmuse.com, ETSY and Amazon. All platforms require imagery to be created to bet suit dimensions and resolution.

WRITING AND REPORTING

Decades of a passion for words, whilst design was the shining light of my career  achievements. Writing has also been a shadow achiever, my rudder through school writing proficiently for Modern History, Ancient History, Art History, English Literature, Creative Writing and Women's Studies. I wrote and designed my way through university and have not stopped. Wordsmith or not? I love to write, OwnMuse enables me to do such.

EMAIL MARKETING

Building an email marketing list from scratch to over 250 subscribers. Email sequence system design for automated emails. emails as well as email marketing campaigns for products releases, promotions and special events.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Extensive time and try and error experience with the ever changing algorithms of social platforms can e a rewarding and challenging addition component of running a business. The main social media ares of focus are Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook.

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT

Periodical re-design work and website management for ownmuse.com. Knowledge of new innovations in technology, systems, SEO, algorithms and implementation.
